Adult Ballet Program Class Schedules : Beginning/Intermediate Adult Ballet Monday • 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM Adult Repertoire & Contemporary Ballet Tuesday • 7:45 PM – 9:00 PM Beginning/Intermediate Adult Ballet Thursday • 8:00–9:30 PM Please text or call to confirm a class has met the minimum enrollment required Professional Training + Welcoming Environment. Our Adult Ballet Program welcomes all ages, experience levels, and abilities. Whether you're brand new to ballet or returning to a beloved art, Miss Nikkii offers professional, syllabus-based training in a warm and encouraging environment where technique, grace, confidence, and joy come together. With more than 20+ years of teaching adult dancers, Miss Nikkii believes ballet can strengthen the body, uplift the spirit, and bring renewed joy at every stage of life. Training adults isn't waterdown. We take our academy Professional syllabus-based instruction with opportunities to our adult dancers. Adults progress at their own pace by the amount of days a week they choose to train in. Strongly suggsted is to train more than twice a week. Additional teen-level classes can b1e added with Director approval for serious training. Attire: Comfortable, fitted workout clothing is welcome. Ballet attire is encouraged as students progress. Hair should be neatly secured away from the face. Ballet shoes are recommended; socks may be worn temporarily by beginners. Class Format Technique: Approximately 90 minutes, including barre, center, and across-the-floor work. Repertoire & Contemporary Ballet: Short barre and center work followed by choreography and contemporary ballet. Performance Opportunities: Adult dancers may participate in our annual Nutcracker production in the fall and Storyline Ballet production in the spring.
